Investment Parameters
MDC actively pursues
both new platform investments and add-on acquisitions for its existing
portfolio companies. Principal investment criteria for new platforms include:
- Growth industries experiencing structural change
- Outstanding management teams
- Significant growth potential, internally and/or through acquisition
- Revenues generally ranging from $10-100 million
- Transaction values between $5-100 million
