King of Prussia, PA- July 19, 2001 - Telespectrum Worldwide Inc. (OTC: TLSP), a leading provider of contact center solutions, announced today it was recently named Call Center of the Year by Call Center Magazine. TeleSpectrum won the award in the "outsourcers" category-the largest category-which included 15 nominees.

The Call Center of the Year Award recognizes TeleSpectrum's success in implementing new technologies, operating state-of-the-art facilities, meeting service goals, decreasing turnover and increasing productivity throughout 2000. TeleSpectrum was honored with this award at the Call Center Demo & Conference 2001 in Orlando, Florida.
